PAYMENT

A 30% deposit must be paid to confirm a booking.
The remaining sum must be paid in full when the keys to the appartment are collected.
A valid form of ID for each guest must be registered on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made more than 45 days before the date of arrival will have their deposit refunded, however, €25 will be deducted for administration costs.
Cancellations made less than 45 days before the date of arrival (but more than 10 days) will be reimbursed with a voucher for the same amount as the deposit paid to be used in a different period.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the date of arrival will not be refunded in any way.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is from 4PM
Check-out time is before 10AM

In certain instances a "late check-out" may be possible with the following costs:
3PM late check-out - €30
7PM late checkout - €50

This option is NOT always available and MUST be approved by the reception.

Also, this option does NOT include beach service - this must be approved and booked at the reception.

BEACH SERVICE

In the event of rough seas, beach service is NOT guaranteed (we may have to remove some umbrellas).

SECURITY DEPOSIT

On arrival, after collecting the apartment keys, a security deposit of €200 must be paid in cash. This will be returned upon departure after an inspection of the apartment.
When leaving the apartment the cooker, all appliances, pots, pans and plates etc. must be left clean. All rubbish must be taken to the correct outdoor bins.
IF THESE RULES ARE NOT RESPECTED €100 WILL BE WITHELD FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

PETS

Pets (small/medium sized dogs) are welcome but the reception must be notified of your intention to bring them and an extra charge for them will be applied.
Only small sized dogs are admitted to the beach and they must stay under the beach umbrella at all times. If there are objections from neighbouring umbrellas this permission may be revoked.

ELECTRIC CARS

It's possible to recharge electric cars however, this option is only available to guests who have booked a parking space in the garage (even only for 1 night). The cost for this service is €30 per day (this doen't include the cost of the parking spot).
