Seafront View - Ground Floor

50 square metre apartments with a large, beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the possibility of adding a single bed.

Furnished in a minimalist but elegant way, all four of these ground floor, sea view apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television and internet connection.

Each of these apartments has a very large 30 square metre terrace, directly on the sea front. They are furnished with a table and chairs so that guests can dine practically on the beach. The terrace is also equipped with two sunbeds and an umbrella so that guests may sunbathe without having to leave their apartment.

The prices listed below include a place at our beach establishment directly in front of the residence. Each apartment has the use of 1 beach umbrella, 2 sun beds and a deck chair. 

The prices listed below also include bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the final cleaning of the apartment. The cooker, pots and pans must be left clean and the rubbish taken to the outdoor bins. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 surcharge being applied to your bill.

Please note that San Vincenzo town hall administration applies a tourist charge of €1,25 per day for every person over 12 years of age (disabled guests and their helpers are exempt from this tax).
