Garden - Ground Floor

These 50 square metre, two-room apartments are equipped with a relaxing and pleasant private garden where guests can dine in tranquility. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the possibility of adding a single bed.

Furnished in a minimalist but elegant way, all the apartments with private garden have a fully equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television and Wi-Fi internet connection.

The prices listed below include a place at our beach establishment directly in front of the residence. Each apartment has the use of 1 beach umbrella, 2 sun beds and a deck chair. 

The prices listed below also include bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the final cleaning of the apartment. The cooker, pots and pans must be left clean and the rubbish taken to the outdoor bins. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 surcharge being applied to your bill.

Please note that San Vincenzo town hall administration applies a tourist charge of €1,25 per day for every person over 12 years of age. People with disabilities and their carers are exempt.
