Seafront View - First Floor 50mq

These 50 square metre apartments are located on the first floor of the residence, with elevator access and have a beautiful balcony overlooking the beach and the sea. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the possibility of adding a single bed.

Furnished in a minimalist but elegant way, all the apartments with sea view have a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television and internet connection.

The prices listed below include a place at our beach establishment directly in front of the residence. Each apartment has the use of 1 beach umbrella, 2 sun beds and a deck chair. 

The prices listed below also include bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the final cleaning of the apartment. The cooker, pots and pans must be left clean and the rubbish taken to the outdoor bins. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 surcharge being applied to your bill.

Please note that San Vincenzo town hall administration applies a tourist charge of €1,25 per day for every person over 12 years of age. People with disabilities and their carers are exempt.
