No Sea View - First Floor

These two room, 50 square metre, apartments located on the first floor of the residence, with easy elevator access, look on to a private courtyard or a small, quiet street behind the residence. They have no front or side sea view. The apartments can accommodate up to 5 people, thanks to the sofa bed in the living room and the possibility of adding a single bed.

Furnished in a minimalist but elegant way, all the apartments with rear view have a fully equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television and high speed internet connection.

The prices listed below include a place at our beach establishment directly in front of the residence. Each appartment has the use of 1 beach umbrella, 2 sun beds and a deck chair. 

The prices listed below also include bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the final cleaning of the apartment. The cooker, pots and pans must be left clean and the rubbish taken to the outdoor bins. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 surcharge being applied to your bill.

Please note that San Vincenzo town hall administration applies a tourist charge of €1,25 per day for every person over 12 years of age. People with disabilities and their carers are exempt from this charge.
