These two-room apartments of 40 square meters are located on a first floor which is accessed via an external staircase. They have a wonderful sea view but no balcony.
They can accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a bedroom with a double bed where there is the possibility of adding a single bed.

Recently renovated, these three apartments are pleasantly furnished. They have a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television and internet connection.

The prices listed below include a place at our beach establishment directly in front of the residence. Each apartment has the use of 1 beach umbrella, 2 sun beds and a deck chair. 

The prices listed below also include bed linen and towels for the bathroom and the final cleaning of the apartment. The cooker, pots and pans must be left clean and the rubbish taken to the outdoor bins. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100 surcharge being applied to your bill.

Please note that San Vincenzo town hall administration applies a tourist charge of €1,25 per day for every person over 12 years of age. People with disabilities and their carers are exempt from this charge.
